Vice President, Client Services
Hank Linden is currently Vice President of Client Services with ESI Employee Assistance Group / Longview Associates LLC, an EAP/Worklife programs provider in White Plains, NY. Previously, he was the Director of Program Development for the Threat Assessment Group, Inc., and is former Vice President /Health Services Director for the American Express Company. In this capacity he was responsible for the operation of the medical departments, health and fitness centers, employee assistance program, corporate safety and ergonomics program for 70,000 employees worldwide. He was a founding member of their Violence in the Workplace Task Force and was the in house psychological consultant to the Threat Assessment Team.
Previous to his role as Vice President - Health Services Director, Hank served as the director of the employee assistance program at American Express for 9 years. Before his employment at American Express, he was the Director of Marketing and Sales for Brownlee Dolan Stein Associates, a national EAP vendor. In addition, he has experience in the addictions field having worked as the director of the addictions program for the Teamster Center Services at Montefiore Medical Center as well as a counselor with the alcohol and drug programs at Beth Israel Medical Center. Mr. Linden is a certified social worker and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Hunter College as well as a Masters Degree in Counseling from St. John's University.
Mr. Linden is a former vice president of the board of directors for the Corporate Alliance to End Partner Violence and continues to serve as a board member. He has also served on the business advisory board of the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health and the Lower Eastside Service Center.
