Mary Anne Detmer, Director of Global Talent Management and Vice President, Human Resources, has overall responsibility for development and oversight of talent management programs including leadership development, talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion. Title VII EEO and Affirmative Action Compliance, alternate dispute resolution, employee engagement and culture transformation aligning to Kodak’s vision, objectives, and values.
Since joining Kodak in 1985, Mary Anne has held multiple management roles in Human Resources including Professional Recruitment, Equal Opportunity Employment, Affirmative Action, Unit Human Resources Management, Business Partner, Staffing Technologies and Systems Management.
Mary Anne has served on the Board of Directors Executive Committee for the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC), the nation's leading employer association dedicated to the proactive advancement of practical and effective equal employment opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action.
She is also the Board of Director Executive Committee Vice President for the Corporate Alliance to End Partner Violence (CAEPV) which aids in the prevention of partner violence by leveraging the strength and resources of the corporate community.
Mary Anne holds a M.S. in Career & Human Resources Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and holds a B.A. in Communications from State University of NY at Oswego.
