Addressing perpetrators of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence and stalking at work is a difficult and complex issue.
The following Policy Guide is designed to accompany and amplify a broader, pre-existing Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Workplace Policy so that an employer can respond, hold accountable, and provide constructive direction to those who perpetrate these crimes and/or behaviors in ways that affect the workplace. This guide was created with input of a variety of experts in the industry.
As always, we strongly recommend ongoing training to support best practices on this issue.
The Corporate Alliance to End Partner Violence is here to assist you in shaping a policy that is best for your organization.
